JANE
FENELEY B.Vet.Med. M.R.C.V.S.
PERSONAL:
Jane is married with a vet husband and 2 young children. They live
just outside Fakenham and take an active interest in the local community.
Jane has worked here since newly qualifled. They have 2 cats, a dog
and a horse.
PROFESSIONAL: Jane has special interests in orthopaedic, thoracic
surgery and emergency medicine. She is working towards a certificate
in Small Animal Surgery. Summerhill Vet Centre has much specialist
surgical equipment and a dedicated operating theatre.
STUART GLASSBOROW B.Vet.Med. M.R.C.V.S.
PERSONAL:
Since moving here in October 2000, Stuart has settled in Fakenham
with his wifè, who owns a local business. They are actively involved
in the Fakenham Baptist Church and the community. They have a young
German Shepherd dog.
PROFESSIONAL: Stuart has a special interest in cardiology and diagnostic
imaging, and has completed a year long course in ultrasonography.
These interests are complemented by our high-tech ultrasound, ECG
and x-ray machines.
LUCY RIVETT B.V.Sc. M.R.C.V.S.
PERSONAL:
Lucy has known the local area since she was young. She lives just
outside Fakenham and is married with a young daughter. The family
has a dog.
PROFESSIONAL: Since qualifying Lucy has developed a particular interest
in ophthalmology and is enroled and working towards a certificate.
She also particularly enjoys surgery.
NADINE
FLETCHER V.N.
PERSONAL: Nadine moved to Fakenham in May 1993 and has married a local
with his own business.
They
have two young sons and numerous cats and dogs.
PROFESSIONAL: Nadine is a qualified vet nurse with a special interest
in animal behaviour and is undertaking a block release degree course.
She is also active in ensuring that we maintain our high standards
of anaesthetic monitoring facilitated by the many instruments that
make this as safe as possible for your pet. Nadine is also an NVQ
assessor for our nurses.
AL
CAMPBELL
Our practice administrator, who lives in Fakenham with her husband
and two children. Al has taken on many of the tasks that were previously
performed by the vets and nurses in administration, thus allowing
them to concentrate on your pets rather than paperwork. She has re-organised
the administration side of the practice to make it much more efficient.
SUE
SCOTT V.N.
Sue
is a qualified veterinary nurse who has a special interest in preventative
health, i.e. keeping your pets healthy, and in particular in our more
elderly patients.
GEMMA
BEALES
Gemma
has recently taken her final nursing examinations and is soon to become
a qualified Veterinary Nurse.
KIRSTY
HOLDEN & TARA RYAN
Our two trainee Veterinary Nurses gain practical experience under
the supervision of Nadine, Sue and the Veterinary Surgeons.
JULIE
JARVIS
Julie is our kennel assistant. She ensures that your pets are
given the best possible attention when they are in here for the day
or longer. She also assists the nurses in much of the laboratory work.
